Yoga Pose Mastery is a structured six-week program designed to help individuals gain a deeper understanding and proficiency in a selected yoga pose. The program typically focuses on one pose per week, allowing for thorough exploration and progression. Each week includes:

1. Introduction to the pose: Learn the pose's name, alignment cues, and benefits.
2. Foundational work: Build strength and flexibility with preparatory poses and exercises.
3. Pose breakdown: Detailed instructions on how to enter, hold, and exit the pose safely.
4. Variations and modifications: Customize the pose to suit different levels of experience and ability.
5. Pose sequencing: Incorporate the pose into a flow or sequence for a balanced practice.
6. In-depth study: Explore the pose's anatomy, history, and philosophical context.
7. Practice and feedback: Daily practice guidelines and opportunities for feedback from a qualified instructor.
